I use almost all of my vacation time every year but they'll cash out a nice chunk of my sick when I quit/retire/get fired so I'll hang onto it until I need it or leave.

Lucky you getting separate vacation time and sick time. Mine’s all stuck together as Earned Time. And then when you are legit sick get treated as if it was your fault for it.

I can also comp my OT for later. I have about 120 hours saved up from when I was making almost $15 an hour less.
