i'm looking at that list but i'm not sure what one would call the part that would terminate an open connection, since im not going to be using the line from the rodi to the tank i need toan actuall close valve so water connection terminates the line but every part i see is for a connection to one or more lines. it should be called Carter inch R Odi termination valve or end valve, but nothing comes up like that.

Idk, I think I got some plugs with the rodi unit. I would just put a valve on it, that way you can get regular ro water whenever you might want. I drink and cook with it. Or you can unscrew the tee entirely and install this

those stop the connections, close the valve?

It would go in place of this fitting

Again, personally, I would leave it and set it up with the tank and utilize the ro outlet. The tank will also provide a few gallons of r.o and r.o.d.i quickly. These units are slow to produce water, it's nice to be able to get a gallon without waiting 30 minutes

OK, that makes sense. I got most things figured out, but there are little leaks where there shouldn't be for example on a little yellow line coming out of that last canister before the DH canister water will come out of there unless I toggle the yellow line about.

and I clocked it take six minutes per gallon and I was supposed to get a 150 GPH system. I have plenty of pressure on the faucet. oh well

IDK now it's at zero. I did read the instructions. Separate caliper calibration is appary required. I did skip that step but it's still at zero now.

hello, my ROdi system is working. OK I think it's a little dlow at about five minutes (spec 150/h) a gallon because I have pretty decent faucet power. But that's aside. Is there any reason why I would want to keep this bulky storage tank since I'm putting this whole system underneath a limited space bathroom cabinet? I mean if I wanted pure drinking water I could the mainline rodi use for any container I presume, so why do they have an accompanying bulky storage tank? Also, when I tried to fill it up and use it it shot out water at me in high pressure
thanks! i'm about to throw out this bulky water tank because it takes up real estate but I just wanna make sure I'm not missing some concept. As it is on my TDS monitor. I get zero on the right and about 25 on the left.
