Does removing water levels affects magnesium, alkalinity and calcium?

I'm trying to lower my water in sump to make water movement.

So mag, alk and ca acts like salinity too?

Evaporation affects elements? While corals consuming it?
Yes very little of the elements will evaporate out if any. Corals and biological processes use the elements that is why they need to be tested for and replenished. You can remove elements if you remove water and put water back in with a lower level of elements like in a water change. Evaporation is very unlikely to remove a testable level of any element.

No, I'm not water changing. I'm only removing water to make water movement in my sump.

So if I removed water, I'm affecting elements also? (Mag, alk, ca)

If you are just removing water level from the sump, no. Is that water being replaced with other water? or are you just adjusting the water level? I guess I am not sure what it is you are actually doing.

Only adjusting water level. Water is not being replaced, only removed. To maintain a certain height for water movement.
