Look like parasite burrowed in it. Ich would be white spots correct? Has anyone had this before and how do you treat it? Currently using MetroPlex, KanaPlex, Copper Power, and PraziPro.

There is a possibility that the internal bumps may be related to copper sensitivity and causing skin reaction to copper generally affects tangs. Lymphocystis is first that came to my mind.
Stress will also cause this , and as simple as high ammonia or nitrate in water. My best guess is that this is a result of crypto irritants which have gotten under the skin and developed secondary bacterial infectionalong with lesions caused by the trophonts
We'll get further input here . . . . @Jay Hemdal

Thank. What do you suggest for treatment?

If youre able to, get a second opinion. I have no faith in API test kits which are known for false readings and have failed many reefers.

That do you suggest. Cooper power is supposed to be more gentle
If you want more gentle- Polyp Labs " Medic". I used this and it saved almost $2000 in fish

Not 100% sure but the one photo looks like there may be Flukes sitting on bottom of tank.
