I’m a medical device sales and clinical rep and I love what I do. My niche is that I’m a cardiac imaging expert and my product is an imaging catheter that takes pictures from inside the heart. I have the luxury in providing clinical support for some of the coolest minimally invasive cardiac procedures being done. At minimum,
I’m an excellent problem solver when it comes to fluid dynamics because of my role, lol, and I believe this can be helpful in the reefing world. I’d say my natural curiosity for figuring out how complex systems work has led me to my career and to reef tanks!

Right!
It's been 40 years living in steel toes, my feet are NOT pretty. 7 more and I'm trading them in for sandals.

I pretty much only wear sandals outside of work, lol. I own more work boots & work shoes than every day tennis shoes & dress shoes. Of course I prolly have around a dozen pairs of sandals.

yep, bought a car from you place when I lived there back in 80's
Wow, good to hear. Many years ago, I was talking to a guy that I met thru a fish forum and he told me about visiting a car dealer after graduating from college, and he was impressed with a reef tank there… it was one of my stores!
He’s now a local friend.

Retired HVAC technician. Worked on the High Tech stuff. Computer Room AC, Power Distribution, and UPS systems. Also Cascade Refrigeration. Designed and Wired Control Cabinets, was UL Employee Certified. Amazing how much a Cooling Tower system compares to an Aquarium and Sump.

Lifelong professional software developer (currently js/react/node mostly).

You can definitely reef on the cheap, but don't expect to win any beauty awards with that plastic rim tank and white PVC lol! Also, money often only buys more problems! KISS and put that manual labor into it! Knowledge is key and money can't buy that.
