Love those deep blue 80's, I just upgraded to one myself. Mind if I ask why you left such small openings in your stand?

It's been awhile since I updated this, but I've been getting a custom Sump built! I was just sent some pictures of the progress from Rob over at Acrybox! Check em out and if you're interested in Acrybox, Just ask and I'll upload their info! Completely custom HD acrylic sump with refugium and skimmer compartments. It will have flush mount lids and probe/dosing tube holders. Forced flow through the sock chamber with bubble trap. Enough! Let's see some pics!!

Did some plumbing yesterday and figured something out about the colored plumbing that BRS sells. It's AWESOME! Haha it is, but that's not what I found out. If you look in most build threads where ppl have used it or just google images of reef plumbing, you'll notice most the time the colored pipe is covered up with fittings, valves etc. usually you can pull off a pretty good mixture of an accent and gray schedule 80 fittings. However I was going for the blue and white look, and I ended up with a mixture of blue white gray and red. I knew I had to paint the red handles of the union ball valves I used but once I had it completed I could barely see the blue pipe and it was mostly washed out with white 45s and Ts so I decided to paint almost everything but my gray union ball valves. The blue I used ended up not matching the blue pipe but it's where I'm at, at this point. I probably will try and find a better match but check out my progress and let me know what you think! Thanks

I don't have one on R2R, but I really need to post it. It was a really fun build. Rimless changed the hobby for me..lol

Did you replace the stock bulkheads? This will be my first tank over 30 gallons, I'm excited to see if my parameters will be easier to keep stable. The nano tanks are pretty difficult and I fell in love with sps about 6 months ago, right now I have a 14 gal biocube
