Firstly I am glad to read you are all OK after the blast. I hope Beirut recovers quickly.

I have an issue with my Reefbot. On three occasions now it has stalled in the middle of testing with the needle inserted into the second last clear vial and an error sent to the app that the test failed. The lights on the unit are staying solid green. Each time I have repowered the unit and then I get the same problem. Could you please let me know how I can fix this problem. the unit has been running for some a number of months with no issue up to this point.

Marc, I would recommend contacting support directly through the application or their support email you would mostly likely get a faster response.

They do replay emails very fast from their website and from Facebook as well...
