I am about to leave the tank for a trip and Red Sea ReefBeat suddenly is showing me a "NO Connectivity" message. I have an Apex and many other equipment connected to the same network. Therefore, it not a network issue its a another problematic piece of equipment (hardware/software) not ready for prime time. Tried to find help by calling customer service, but just a send us an email and we will response within 24 hrs. I have a Red Sea tank and I use Red Sea salt so far so good, but I am going to stay away from network/wifi connected RedSea products until I find them to be reliable enough.

I have the same thing, for two weeks now I can’t connect REEFDOSE 4, every day for several hours, I tried everything, nothing helps. Apex and all the other gadgets work great but REEF BEAT is not very pleased.
