I've had this random ball of red slime on my stylo for almost 3 weeks now. I don't know what it is. It's nowhere else in the tank.

My first guess is some sort of debris or algae stuck to the coral. Hard to tell from the picture, but could be cyano growing on a dead portion of the coral or a piece of debris with cyano on it. Have you tried manually removing it? I would start by using a turkey Bastet and blasting it with flow to see if you can dislodge it.
