Hey - I have the 48” fixture and I would say that it is high quality.

it has some metal on the inside / rails, but it’s mostly made of a plastic material, including on the outside. That said the plastic used feels very high quality, solid, well made.

does not feel cheap at all to me

Thanks for the reply!

That's what I was afraid of... plastic...

You said it feels like high quality, etc...

Does it "look" like high quality...?

Not really too thrilled about putting a plastic fixture above a new $7,000 Reefer tank and stand...

Yes it absolutely looks high quality - here it is over my system when I was first setting it up.

it looks perfectly matched to the quality of the rest of the reefer system.

for reference I’m super focused on aesthetics of the outside of the aquarium and actually thought that the reefer pendant fixture was the best looking highest quality option based purely on aesthetics.

Definitely looks way better than a row of radions to meE5295517-77ED-468B-8D1C-F2BEA3735979.jpeg
