UPDATE. The green stuff has stopped growing but still intact. I have opted to let urchins slowly take care of my problem. I am hoping my coraline algea begins to come back soon.

I'm glad to see it stopped growing!

You could pull it out, use a brush and brush on some peroxide, rinse it with tank water and put it back in tank. Within a few days the algae will be gone.

If you don't wanna do a teardown your best bet is probably to get an oversized cleanup crew, I would recommend reefcleaners dot org, you can get a lot for $70. A few 50% water changes may also be a good idea. I would also take out the wavemakers and soak them in a citric acid bath for 30 minutes.

I used this method to reboot my last tank after it sat neglected for a while due to a broken hand. I did it during water changes. Just be careful not soak the rock with peroxide. Add a good CUC and you won't believe the difference in a month.
