I have a single arm RMS mount and noticed a crack in the clamp. EcoTech is sending a replacement under warranty.
Setting up a new tank and bought the multi mount kit with 2 new arms. I barely tighten for fear of cracking - super light, let it sit overnight and they seen to crack too. Not using the euro chomp. The plastic isn't strong enough on the connection point. Has anyone else run into this? I think it is still usable and probably everyone has this...?
It's hard to see while mounted unless you're using the euro chomp. On my current tank I can see and feel the crack because the euro chomp is being used.
