I am wanting to by the Multi-Light RMS Track for my 4 XR15's. My tank is 48" outside glass to outside glass. Your literature states the 40.5 will work. But the maximum tank size this rail fits is 48.5". This leaves 0.25" on either side. Is that enough room to get the slides in and screwed tight?

Currently I am using 4 single arm mounts. Can I use 2 of the single arms I have with the Multi-light RMS Track? Or do I have to buy 2 new arms? At a glance, they are exactly the same. I'll be extremely bummed if I get the rail and it doesn't work with the mount side of my single fixture system.

I Love my G6 Pro's but these single arm mounts are less than desirable. Each one has a different amount of angle and just takes away from the sleek clean look of your lights.

Also, good job on the G5 to G6 upgrade kits! Purchased and installed 2, then bought 2 new G6's.

Thanks in advance,

Thanks for all the help!

For anyone that stumbles across this post.

The Multi-Light RMS Track work with the standard single light mounting arms.
The light mounts with G5 and G6 will work with the Multi-Light RMS Track.
Don't fret over the 1/2". EcoTech told me it would work (I'll find out in a few days on this one).
