Ok so one finally question- because I really like that wall

How do you package it for shipping

What’s your guarantee on it. We all know that just because it arrives alive doesn’t mean it isn’t damaged - walls can take damage durning shipping and be alive but not make it
I went over it briefly earlier about making a "basket" of bags inside the actual bag that is filled with water to minimize rolling, moving, bouncing around ect and that we bag them in our larger to largest bags so there is plenty of water.

Ideally as long as you let us know on the day of arrival if the piece is looking rough ( does not have to be doa ) we are generally fairly lenient on helping out as long as we know that it did not look good from the get go.

A lot of different things can happen in a home aquarium to cause a coral to die and please understand that after a couple days we can not be held responsible for a replacement. We have seen things like chalice colonies fall on items ect and urchins dropping things all over someones new arrivals
