We use Reef Energy then feed them everyday. Feed very heavy on the gonis. They seem to need that to do well long term.

I've been using Reef roids and the Reef energy every 2-3 days and have so far had good luck with my cherry red goni and an alveopora - my other goni is a little too new to tell yet
