Sorry to hear that. We ship out with ups as they have a earlier delivery time rather than other carriers and a lot of time our ups rep is able to help out in certain situations which really does go a long way with customer care.
Any delayed orders are checked for in the mornings by the shipping team and our rep is contacted as early as possible in case they are able to do something to get it delivered as early as possible. Sorry to hear about that issue and I hope your dad has a great day still!
