will be moving soon to an apartment
don’t know yet if it will be upstairs or downstairs
regardless the space isn’t large enough for a large tank
I’d like to have a small display, and frag tank (preferably low rise) plumbed together to a sump
anybody have pictures of their setups? even a couple small tanks plumbed together i wouldn’t be opposed to since they could be species oriented at that point

how have you guys gone about this?
would you do one display and frag or multiple small displays leading to frag section in the sump?
would love to know / see !

Two tanks each with their own overflows and one sump with two return pumps (one for each tank)

My old set up (29 gallon display and 5 gallon frag tank):

i like this
not too complex and looks like it would be just enough, glad you specified two separate returns
otherwise i probably would’ve way over complicated plumbing with a couple valves to try and balance flow between the tanks
also might be controversial to say but honestly
i prefer rimmed tanks over rimless
thank you for sharing!
