Driver is 0-10v dimmable.if it has said in the videos or posts I've missed it. Is the Atlas dimmable or just on off?
Yes, it’s dimmable via 0-10v as mentioned and you get three power settings, 150w, 200w and 240w, so you can power scale along with dimming to fine tune intensity.if it has said in the videos or posts I've missed it. Is the Atlas dimmable or just on off?
Based on my experience using the Meso blue Pro’s, the spectrum is awesome and the new lights are even better. The one thing Luca has above the others is spectrum and blending.I reeeeeally hope the atlas lives up to the hype!
If so, it makes upsizing so much more attainable. My ideal tank is a 72 x 36” peninsula, which just became so much more cost effective if I can spend like $1500 USD on lighting rather than thousands more on other LED options
Hopefully I’ll be ordering very soon. But I’ll order the black reflector when they’re ready.@14 foot reef has the Atlas arriving this week..
I’m super happy with my reef crest barsBased on my experience using the Meso blue Pro’s, the spectrum is awesome and the new lights are even better. The one thing Luca has above the others is spectrum and blending.
Spectrum, definitely. Blending on the 24" Reefcrest bar is meh. There's clear color separation on mine in the tank.Based on my experience using the Meso blue Pro’s, the spectrum is awesome and the new lights are even better. The one thing Luca has above the others is spectrum and blending.

Yeah, it's pretty tough to blend bars when you have to use a lot of different diodes to create an even spectrum. I think mounting height is the key to minimize separation. I was going to get the Tropic Sun bars, but that's when Luca was talking about the new fixtures, so I patiently waited. When I replaced my Orphek bars with the meso blues, it was night and day difference in regards to blending/separation.Spectrum, definitely. Blending on the 24" Reefcrest bar is meh. About 10 inches. The cord side is a visibly different spectrum than the non corded side. How

Hmmm… I’ve never noticed that! Mine are about 10 inches off but I only have those bars lit up for about 6 hours at peak and I’m usually away during those hours so maybe I’ve never noticed.About 10 inches. The cord side is a visibly different spectrum than the non corded side.
I run my bar by itself over an 8" wide section of my tank, which is probably why the spectrum shift is visible.Hmmm… I’ve never noticed that! Mine are about 10 inches off but I only have those bars lit up for about 6 hours at peak and I’m usually away during those hours so maybe I’ve never noticed.
I have 2 of them. One on either side of my array of 3x Hydra 32’s with diffusers. Maybe the color separation gets lost with my hydras on.
I’ve reached out to Luca about ordering one, just waiting to hear back from him. I’m going to try to make an adapter for my Kessil spectral controller and see if that will work to control dimming?I can’t wait to hear feedback on this Atlas. Has anyone got one on order?
