Purple tanG : diagnosis

When I look at the purple tang I see spots on there face not sure what they are

I see hlle which is a huge vitamin deficiency. Diet and vitamins will be real important.
Feed at minimum:
Nori seaweed basted with garlic
Plankton
Mysis shrimp
Formula 2 flake and frozen
LRS herbivore diet

ADD GARLIC AND SELCON VITAMIN to food

Thank you for replying I feed them Mysis shrimp in the morning then I put Nori seaweed I put 6 cubes mysis shrimp then three drops garlic old then new life I put that in nori

Copper is a possibility but would have had similar effect on the Gem Tang
