Hi All,
Purchased a Ecotech Radion XR15 Pro Gen 5 three days ago as I was attracted not only to the light but also to the idea that I could set a lighting schedule and not have to worry about manually switching on and off lights anymore.
Unfortunately my satisfaction was short lived after I set up the light and put together my lighting schedule. I set my light to switch on at 12pm (while I am at work) each day with a 30 minute ramp up period and to power off at 9:30pm with a 30 minute gradual ramp down. The schedule worked for the first day, but has not worked since then. I have come home at 6pm for the past two days to find that the light never turned on.
When I launch Mobius and select “resume schedule” it begins to work which is completely beside the point of setting a schedule.
I have checked and confirmed that the time and date are set correctly in the app and have also contacted Ecotech who have only advised me to check the time and date which I have done multiple times.
Even attempted a factory reset on the item. It’s really frustrating me at this point as my coral health is dependant upon the lighting turning on per its schedule.
Anybody else having the same issue with this light or have any ideas of how to resolve it?
