The more this grows and the more I look at it the more I like it. The tips are actually a really light blue or white but not burnt, the polyps are a whitish metallic blue too.

NanaReefer wow! awesome pic. Is it encrusted over a rock?

Actually this summer I placed it on 5 frag disk's so it would spread onto them. It definitely worked! This way I don't have to cut the colony to get frags :)

Here's my first one. Lol it came off during tank cleaning. It's growing well.

I'm so jealous of Gary's Hurricane chalice, it's one of those corals that I have never been able to keep alive and healthy.

Lol, yeah but easily misunderstood. I guess I probably should have not been lazy and just spell them out as MH is pretty easily translate to Metal Halide instead of Miami Hurricane. Doh!

Here is the other Acan I was talking about. Didn't feel like breaking the Nikon out so this is just an iPhone pic.

Also here are the Club's Panther Chameleon's (another polyp should be ready for lending in the very near future)

You and me both brother! I have no idea what I am doing wrong with it either. I have motor city mayhem, My Miami, red rim, blue rim, rainbow rim; but still can't keep Miami Hurricane. what the heck?
