Possible fin rot

Noticed my Linespot Flasher Wrasse is turning white on his top fin while in my QT tank. Does this look like fin rot? It's fin was not like this last night.

I can try and get pictures if the video is not clear enough.

I dont see signs of fin rot but do notice other wrasse is chasing it and may be nipping at it

Sorry - I can’t see much of the issue, sometimes things just don’t show well online.

Almost all “fin rot” gets started due to some mechanical damage. As @vetteguy53081 said, it is probably tankmate aggression, although if the fish was recently shipped, it could be damage from that.
