Can someone tell me what is wrong with my clown.. I just got home and found him on the opposite side of the tank.. where he NEVER goes but not only that.. he's at the top swimming up and down and almost like he's having seizures.. as you see in the pics.. to the far right is where the clowns stay with the nem.. he's been with me for a year and has been with the other two clowns for about 8 months.. everyone else seems to be ok..
@melypr1985 @Humblefish any ideas from you guys? I can't see any spots and I have been away from home all day.. he wasn't acting out of the normal yesterday

That's odd behavior for sure, but clowns are pretty odd. I see you have more clowns in there. If there isn't voltage leaking, a disease lurking, then I'm willing to bet the other clowns just "voted him off the island"

Oh no.. you think maybe they are picking on him after this long? Maybe they have laid eggs somewhere? He was in the nem last night by himself and the two bonded were not. What should I do? He does look like a few of his fins have been picked at.. I mean not only does he nor the other two clowns go to the left of the tank.. but def not at the top like he's doing

Can you get a photo with less blue light? Does he appear to have anything on him...spots or anything like that? Is he the smallest one? How many other clowns are in the tank....sorry just trying to understand what he is doing.
I can try to get a better pic. I don't see anything but maybe his fins look a bit "picked on" but yes I do have a set and he's the smallest but meanest one..

Nope, cause that would mean I'm old too. And I'm definitely NOT old... so neither are you :D

Yes. All it takes is the pair reaching sexual maturity for this to happen. It's not guaranteed for it to happen to every threesome of clowns out there, but it's a big risk and why I always recommend only keeping one pair per tank.

If this is the male, he may just be looking for a smooth surface to clean in preparation for egg laying.
