I have some pink palythoas that have been doing better recently with target feedings. The smaller, really bad looking frag, is a frag i saved and despite not thinking they’d make it, they are growing. The only palythoa i had that was originally doing well is the big green one. It used to be more compact but now it’s spreading out across the egg crate. Without context of my parameters, does the green palythoa look like it’s growing or is it getting smaller?

Palys and zoas are finicky and often mysterious corals. This phenomenon of some colonies thriving and some just “meh” or even some dying for no apparent reason does happen. In general they tend to like “dirtier” water so if your nitrates are too low that could be an issue.

They also could be “fighting” so maybe try giving them more space.

They aren’t completely closed so I don’t think you have too much to worry about.
