My weather reschedule was a piece of cake, just went in selected a new date and done, to those who are crying about delays, I’d rather them monitor and adjust than to just send, have you ever had a shipment be delayed and delayed while in transit? It’s even more frustrating and the ending is usually not good for the animals. Thank you WWC for being better than others!!

You should get an email that will allow you to select a new shipping date. It is just like buying another shipping box for the sale, except the charge is $0. However look in your junk Mail, that is where mine was.

As someone else said, you should get an email stating you need to reschedule, click the link and it brings you right to the page you need to reschedule. Super easy

If anyone wouldn't mind, I'd be curious to see any pictures of those of you who ordered the "mystery box" I have a small nano that I'm needing to fill up (eShopps deskmate), and I'm still waiting about a month to put corals in....thinking that a live sale mystery box might be a good option for me, but am curious what y'all pick up in those random boxes.

I recommend that you reschedule for next week. We are still watching the weather and are not sure about Saturday delivery at the moment.

Yea now more delays due to equipment and don’t even tell people until the delivery day. I took off work to be here today for my delivery and you guys can’t even call I get a email an hour ago telling me to reschedule again. At this point I will never come back this has been a terrible experience shipping. It’s almost like they are being held back to increase sales ‍

I would imagine the latter isn’t true but I have a terrible customer support experience for my first time ever buying with this company. The sale was fun. The rest has been a nightmare.
