Same here... when they got back to me on facebook, I told them that I submitted a claim throguh pay pal and that they can disregard it... they shipped it yesterday, they honestly may have shipped yours as well. sorry to steer you wrong, based off my research, I was sure they were out of business.

Okay, its super clear now how they operate.... I also got my email on the 14th but I ordered it on jan 21... They gather a bunch of orders and they have a set day that all the orders will ship, I guess its just the luck of the draw

So mode aquariums is apparently still in business....

I also had a heck of a weekend with the NSK - 70. Same problem, overflowed , overflowed, overflowed, seized , tripped my GFCI in the middle of the night and I woke up to 74 degree water. The dimensions on the IM 50 chambers also dont account for the 1/4 inch glass that is on the back of the acrylic about 4 inches down from the top...

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST MAKE A GOOD SKIMMER TO FIT THIS TANK??? AND IF YOU DO MAKE A GOOD SKIMMER FOR THIS TANK, RESPOND TO THE PEOPLE THAT BUY IT??

Sorry for the rant ...

You'd think IM tanks are popular enough that someone would want to make a quality skimmer that fits...and actually have an interest in selling and supporting said skimmer. Mind boggling!

So Thursday I got a message from mode saying they got a new shipment of skimmers in and they will be shipping it out Friday. I got a tracking number but it’s just saying the label is created but no delivery date

Perfect, same thing happened to me, UPS said "label created" but it was delivered within the next couple of days.

It’s going in a IM 50 lagoon. It’s still in the crate. I hung the skimmer on side my little fluval to test it out. I’ll post pics when the lagoon is up.

I can tell you that that skimmer works great for the IM 50. I have the same one on mine in one of the secondary baffles. It works TOO well for me almost. I'm thinking of adjusting it so it skims drier.

Anyone 'round these parts ever have any luck with the Fiji skimmer? Mine appears to be a complete P O S. Been running it for five days and it just fills my tank up with microbubbles leaked from the skimmer body. I've adjusted is 5000000000000000 times without any luck.
