Just orderEd some of this stuff... gonna give it a try. I’m assuming the fish will go nuts with all the bits I’m gonna be adding as well.I broadcast LRS reef frenzy in my tank. I make sure it gets some small particles of it.
Mars Aquas that have been modded to my led diode layout.
AwesomeUC Amazeballs goni.
Still on my list of goni's... Been keeping my eye on the marketplace for one of these bad boysAwesome
Have they extended before? New piece to the tank?
Congrats!!! It looks great in that forest of Staghorns? My first ever.
Just picked it up about a week ago.
A few anyway.Congrats!!! It looks great in that forest of Staghorns?
You have them pretty low in your scape, but if that works it works! Less clipping and more upward growthA few anyway.
Surf and turf, purple stag, blue stag, and green slimer.
Green slimer is the slowest grower, lol.
Based out for a year while others grew straight up.
Few wild I dont knows in their too.
My scape is minimalist 75lbs in a 120.You have them pretty low in your scape, but if that works it works! Less clipping and more upward growth
I like it! I'm gonna follow your build thread (hoping you keep i up to date) I like the concept! Stags are my favorite SPS, good standard coral that has been in the hobby forever. My scape is minimalist 75lbs in a 120.
The look I am going for is to have the stags reach the surface and still have decent swimming room for fish
2 are 1/2 way their now.
About 10" vertical growth in a year.
Tanks 15 months.
I have always had the great rock wall so wanted to try this look.
So far so good.

Yeah i think this photo was before i moved the brain type coral to the right a little bit. I did notice a little bit of damage from the goni where it would touch slightly, everything seems okay now.Do you worry about stinging? My gonis are quiet aggressive with other coral types.
