There goes the neighborhood... LOL j/k
Cast iron skillet, olive oil, chicken breast or pork chops covered in this stuff. Mmmmm
I have a green Cadillac right now as well haha. What’d you do to get it to turn pink again? @tbrown3589 more light?@billyocean Early morning proof that the Pink Cadillac is no more a Green Cadillac? So hard to get with that bright Orange Blast sitting in front of it causing glare.
Obviously no filters, no Photoshop...
ETA: this was supposed to be my build thread. Why are you all hanging out in my build thread?
More light, phosphates between 0.05 and 0.1, and time to get used to my tank. I added it the week after Thanksgiving and it has just started going pink again last week. Noticeable as of Tuesday this week.I have a green Cadillac right now as well haha. What’d you do to get it to turn pink again? @tbrown3589 more light?
What are your phosphates? I'm only pushing maybe 150-200 par so light isn't my solution but it is probably helpful.
I’m at 0.06 but I have Neo-Phos on doser to add daily just to keep it upWhat are your phosphates? I'm only pushing maybe 150-200 par so light isn't my solution but it is probably helpful.
I'm adding 5 ml daily to keep mine there so same. How long has it been in your tank?I’m at 0.06 but I have Neo-Phos on doser to add daily just to keep it up
It'll show up soon if your parameters are good.I got mine right after thanksgiving too haha. It’s encrusting nice with nice PE, just not that color
Mine started encrusting first, then the pink started coming in. I've also read on Reef Builders that too much iron can give Acros a green shimmer. Pink requires something else... Potassium according to the first article. Both have great info.I got mine right after thanksgiving too haha. It’s encrusting nice with nice PE, just not that color
