Hi lately my coral hasn’t been opening but all my other corals are and I tested my water and everything is fine. The I picked it up to check it out and I noticed these little worm like creatures on it does anyone know what they are?

Ok so I only see vermitids on those but I would remove them and dip the coral. The coral is looking pretty rough. Have you had any swings in parameters lately?
Well one week I was late on my water change but other than that no I test my water once a week. And everything checked out fine. Just last week it was fully opened

Ok had me worried we’ll still am lol but I decided to give it a quick coral dip and moved it to a low flow area just for now to see how it does.

Also I forgot to mention when I was dipping it I noticed I could easily rub the flesh off of course by accident so I was being extra careful but do you know if that’s do to stress or anything like that?

Oh good, these look like vermited snails, not flatworms. Vermiteds are usually ok but if the coral is unhappy then get them outta there!

This LPS is in trouble, it's not doing well. You've done your dip for parasites. I'd do a 2nd dip for health. Give it a lugols dip (eg, iodine). Search on R2R for proper instructions. But his is good stuff for LPS in general.

I'm curious what other coral do you have that is doing fine? And what are your actual parameter #?
Well I have a branching frogspawn, 3 acan lords, two wall hammers and a wall frogspawn. I haven’t had any trouble with them. And they’ve been in the tank the same amount of time. I currently left for work but I can update this post tomorrow with my parameters
