I disagree. A healthy tank should be able to grow algae in the absence of predators. We also don't know what algae they have.

Yep. The conditions needed for corals to live are also going to grow algae...

I somewhat agree with you! A healthy, balanced tank should have some algae. However, the algae should be somewhat undercontrolled without much efforts.
The OP barely gave us enough information in order to help him/her.
I am not an expert but I know enough not to have tank with barely detectable Nutrients.

But you must know that when a large amount of algae is present, the N/P in the system is being taken up... They may not be detectable with our tests but are obviously there.

You are probably right but the OP's problem most likely started when the system went out of balance.
Again, the OP barely gave us enough information to figure out anything. All we are doing is guessing.

Okay Im very confused whats going on but I did buy Hanna checkers. I took it to my shop and they tested it they were saying that my nitrate at 10 ppm was to high and i should start carbon dosing. I also am going to add bottle bacteria and Ill attach below more pictures of the tank and when I get the better testers Ill let you know the results

I would hold off on carbon dosing right now.

Actually, your tank doesn't look that bad. You said previously that you have 7 turbo snails... do you see evidence of them eating the algae? Are they Mexican turbos?

They’re definitely eating algae they seem to be a little slow at that though. In fairness the last week I’ve been going in everyday and grabbing algae out by hand

Manual removal is definitely the first/best step. Most inverts can or won't eat longer algae so if you pull out what you can, then they will do a better job. You can also try turning off all flow and using a syringe full of H2O2 to target treat the algae.
