I’ve got 3 aquariums. The reef and 2 fresh. My wife said after setting up #3”that‘s the last one” with some authority. I think the only way a new tank comes in is if I won the lottery somehow and could set up an aquarium den.
Fingers crossed! Lol

I keep thinking of upgrading my Red Sea 250 to a bigger one of 130gal or so…but honestly, the thought of starting all over again and the stress of moving everything AND the additional time commitment, reality kicks in and I just say….nah !

Will I add a new tank? Yes!

Will it be up and running? Nope!!

Our next tank is going to be a huge undertaking and project to get set up and running, but I can't wait to start! Still deciding if I want to be around 125 gallons(where I've been before and was mostly satisfied with) or really utilize the space we're planning on, and go with a 220 up to around 300.

The wife and I are discussing another tank, a Seahorse tank. I can't imagine I will be satisfied with my build plans within the next year honestly.
I hope you will move along smoothly. I just set up and added the water to an additional tank I had in storage. My 2023 has begun with a SEAHORSE tank!! Good luck with yours.

I have right now 26 tanks (not counting sumps, provisional holding or quarantine tanks):
a 90 gallon "reef tank",
a 65 gallon BSJ biotope,
a system with 18x 20 gallon tanks,
a system with 6x 40 gallon tanks,
and 2 breeding systems with each 5x 20 gallon tanks and 3 larvae tubs are under construction...
Wowzers!!! That’s a lot of aquatics!
You’re rockin the aquarium hobby!
