Hi, new reefer here so I might be just over concerned :)
I just got this one (like 3 days ago):

as you can see, since i got him he shrank in size and also polyps are closed.. other softies, zoas, and some shrooms look fine..
nitrate at 7.5 and phosphate on 0.25 (i know its high.. im trying to bring it down).
will he be ok? should I move him to a place with less lighting? its the high phosphate that cause him stress?
thanks!

Its not limping over so its fine, it might still be acclimating. The nitrate and phosphate look fine. If using API test kit for phosphate then get a better test, don't use API.

It likes flow so make sure it has plenty of flow. It is pretty adaptable to most light but I feel it does better in medium to higher lighting.

I would say to give it more time.

thanks! using hanna kits (and hopefully im doing them by the protocol) so they should be accurate.
The flow is currently double gyres on alternating anti sync mode with up to 30% (switching side every 30 seconds).
would you recommend other flow program?

That sounds fine to me, personally I would leave it.

As long as it doesn't go limp or start to melt or turn white, then its fine.
