This could be an injury from transport - You implied that it was quarantined from your vendor - do you know what they did? There is a very outside possibility of uronema - but that is a slightly atypical fish, and appearance for this.

Top pic is white light, but not a very good one. I emailed the vendor and they think it may be some type of damage and recommend antibiotics.
They do a full quarantine of copper power with metro and prazi.

I was worried about uronema but it isn’t past the skin, and as you said, not a typical fish.

Worth treating yet? Any antibiotics that can treat the whole tank or should I set up a hospital?

Pics aren't very clear but even with quarantined fish a 2 week observation period is usually recommended.

This appears to be an injury from netting as does occasionally happen with transported fish. At times, this will heal on its own, However I see what appears to be raised scales and would recommend treatment at minimum, adding ruby rally pro to the tank or more effective adding fish to isolated treatment tank and treating with seachem Neoplex and adding aeration via air stone.

Unless there are fish in this tank that you think might injure the angel, you should release it from the acclimation box, as that doesn't then serve any purpose other than to stress the fish out more (since it can't hide). It will probably pick on some corals, so you'll have to make a value judgement there.

Because there are corals in this tank, you are going to be really limited in what medications you can use.
