As someone who went through this on a custom tank recently, get it replaced. Once it's filled and has lights over it, it'll glint and be the first thing you see every time you walk up to the tank.

Yeah I've been talking with Adam there, I'm hoping they can give me store credit at brs instead of fijicube. Otherwise yeah I'd return it

Return it for a new tank. You deserve a perfect tank if you paid for it, Accept NOTHING LESS
Absolutely.

OP bought a new tank. Doesn't matter that brs drop shipped from Fiji. They need to work that out between themselves. You should receive the exact tank you paid for, in the condition you bought it. New, undamaged.

Update: I got BRS on the phone and they said fijicube will not allow me to replace it! Mind you this is after fijicube admitted they only inspect by human eye visually and mistakes can be made!!! Brs has their tail between their legs on this can't believe it. They refused to escalate the case.

Personally, yes I wanted a flawless tank, but I'm sure I'll scratch it down the road so I'd take a good partial refund. I was able to negotiate 350$ store credit to BRS as a result of this.

Overall I'm going to say this experience has been bullcrap and I will make sure to spread my experience on fijicube far and wide so others don't make the same mistake.

This is where I would have called the credit card co and filed a claim…..absolutely unacceptable.
But since you chose a more gracious route, go talk to a car windshield repair place. They have the tech to fill and polish out stuff from glass. Just a thought.
