For a 25G, SLW 10 is way too big in my opinion. I have a 15G Waterbox AIO and I run a single SLW 3. I'd look at the flow rates of the different SLW models and find the one that is similar to Nero 3.

The reason that I ended up buying an SLW-3 instead of a Nero 3 is because I read so many bad reviews of Nero. And for the price you are paying, I'd expect much more. At least SLW-3 is like 1/3 or 1/4 of the price!

I have the Nero 3 on a 40g turned down to 85%. They have a hum going at full speed. Mine died right before the year warranty, propeller stopped turning. Thankfully, they ended up giving me a replacement. I'll add, the replacement was not a new Nero, it came used in a plain box. My only gripe is having to get on the app to turn on feed mode. I rather just hit a feed button on a physical controller.

I also have a 20G quarantine & decided to cheap out on a wavemaker & went with a Jebao SOW-4. It is under $50 & the lowest setting has a good turnover. You can hear it running. I'm going to try the SLW series to either supplement or replace the Nero if it goes again. I like I can just walk up to the tank & simply set the feed mode without having to get my phone app going.
