Just to protect yourself keep an eye out for this warning in your modules. It locks in its current state and can keep your pump running and over fill or lock in the closed position and not fill at all.
My fmm has to go back and so did my buddy Chris. Others appear to be just fine.

So last night there was an issue with my kalk reservoir, so long story short, the ATK ran 5 minutes and shut off automatically per the programming. I have mine connected to my apex. Problem is I can't figure out how to tell it to work normally again? The water is well below the 1st sensor and clean. Where in my apex can I see the sensor status? Can I manually tell it to turn on the pump somewhere? The ATK doesn't show up under my switches where I'd normally just turn it on from auto. Light of the FMM is green. I tried unplugging everything and replugging it. I also tried the task wizard again.

Unplug the aquabus for about 10 seconds. Plug it back in. Watch your modules page as I pictured. Use the classic dashboard if you don't have the new apex.

There is a FAQ and trouble shooting guide at the address printed on the GS card in the box. Www.neptunesystems.com/atk-help

@Terence So in this FAQ it says that if i want to prevent a alarm during service that i should unplug the FMM or sensor. So in my case shutting off the pump for service or going into a feed mode is the same since my return pump shuts off during feeding. Is there any code that can be written so the alarm doesnt come on when i feed my tank?

So, if return pump = off then OS-1 or Alarm = off?

I'm sure that if you have it hooked up to an Apex, you can turn off the alert during feed mode.

Yeah, i figured as much too. Im looking for the programming. Having a functioning ATO is important so i want to be sure before guessing at it.

Okay, now I have a problem. After 10-11min it goes into warning mode. I have no APEX, only this unit as a standalone. Anyone have any ideas? You can fastword to the end to see the warning lights/beeps. I wanted to capture startup through warning lights.
Help?!

Did you check your connections to the FMK module? As a standalone, it is pre programmed for each sensor to be in a specific port. If you crossed any of them, you will keep getting errors.

2 Beeps - Your top optical sensor has been under water for over 10 minutes.
Unplug the power and plug it back in to reset the alarm. Lower the water to the bottom sensor, or if thats the level you want it at pull the float magnet assembly up to that level so the bottom sensor is at the water line.

Ah okay! That kinda makes sense. I'll try with sensors above water. Thanks!
