I’ve had the apex ato for a 18months
Suddenly it keeps switching off. The sensor calls for water, it operates for a while then it switches off. I have cleaned the sensor with a soft brush
Doesn’t help
Any ideas thank you
Carl

When you say it "switches off", do you mean it moves the dashboard slider from AUTO to OFF?

If so, then it's due to the pump running longer than the "When On" timer in the programming:

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If ATK_LO OPEN Then ON
If ATK_HI CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

This is typically the fault of a failing pump, bad power supply, clogged line, or float valve.
