I thought it was maybe cyano, but it’s almost more like feathery red hair algae. What do I got?

Its cyano. Blow loose with turkey baster and siphon up. Reduce feeding quantity and direct flow towards sand bed without blowing sand around. Should dissipate in a couple of weeks
