Hello everyone!
I have been in the forum (and in the hobby) for many years, but I have not been very participatory until now, when I want to introduce you to the new project, a cube that I just installed in my office.
For more than a year, I had been planning the installation of a cube to decorate my office, and I have been gathering the necessary things to get it started, and the day just arrived.
It is a fish tank 37 cm long, 45 cm wide and 35 cm high, with a back sump.
I had been designing their aquascape for some time, and this was the initial proposal, the intention was to take advantage of the IWAGUMI design.
But in the end, since that cube will basically be for soft and colorful LPS, I discarded the previous aquascape because that arrangement was more suitable for SPS, that's why in the end I decided to change it for this other one.
The rock has already been cycled for more than two years, it was in one of my tanks all this time, even so I wanted to give it a few days of cycling together with this new system. I wanted to choose the most porous rock with capricious shapes.
I assembled the tank on May 8, and from the beginning I put a Bubble Magus MiniQ Skimmer on it, and after 4 hours of installing it again, it started working.
I am considering putting frags, which although they are slow growing, are extremely striking, not so common, mainly zoanthids, some favias or chalices, perhaps some euphyllias.
I will be updating you on the progress of this project.
Any suggestion will be good for my project.
