This was a mystery for a couple of hours, I think it was the file fish?! ;)

No there is a light patch on the acro, I'll get a pic in a bit once the last pair of T5s are on.
I do have a habit of putting my arm in when drunk and forgetting!
Monti this morning, I know that wasn't me or I would have moved the other piece into a bit more light! ;)

Oh and the flasher wrasse came out for breakfast and has been out since, the cherub is giving it less of a hard time.
The wrasse has been exploring the rockwork quite a bit looking for holes the cherub won't fit through!
I watched it come out of a hole right by the fff's nose, it swam about a foot away, turned and swam flat back into the hole, even kicking up sand, the fff didn't even flinch lol! :)

If people only knew we get 20 of these for every 1 half decent one. The struggle of focus is real. Nice shots of the sticks :)

Thanks, I actually do have a dilemma about my pics!

Not sure what you know about cameras, 2 quality options, jpeg (what that is) and RAW.
RAW is the animal I need to learn, much bigger file size but you need software to deal with them.
That is what I look at, I don't need to change any colours but it should be better quality?!
I think this is quite a good pic, in theory I can do better! ;)

I need to clean the desk end glass, I have a plan regards the fff by the way, the monti has good growth but there is a patch of damage I can't see from the front.

Interesting, I have a semi detached house, not sure what you call that, I am attached to one mirror image house.
17 -25 (I just checked) and next door is hammering something.
A few years ago when he had not long moved in I tried to go through the 4' fence and threatened to jam the hammer so far up his dark unmentionable area that he would need a mega proctologist to remove it!
He put in a very sturdy 6' fence!
Seriously considering putting my open face crash hat on and having a run at it! ;)

Ok, motorcycle American friends, I have two crash helmets, my open face below, my full face "race" helmet is also HJC, I used to do do track days on race bikes.
I need to get the xrx back on the road! ;)
I put my head in American hands (not the orange bloke), I think I will do one more track day once this this is all over, got my boots, gloves and helmet, just need leathers, divorce cut me me off from one last time, plans! ;)

Wish I knew cameras myself. Hit up ur mate mick... @chopsie for those pointers. The pics are still beautiful regardless. Jpeg definitely takes away res and quality though.

His skills are way beyond mine and yes he has helped me a lot, he knows the software side of raw frightens me, I need to grow a pair!

I floated away on a river of face, through the gap and over the waterfall to see what was on the other side!

Well that is sort of what happened some time early last year!
My previous tank was a custom all in one 170 litre shallow.

(Lets clear this up here lol, 170 litre is approx. 40 odd US gallons, I am from England so I will probably us litres more! ;) )

I got to day dreaming on a very chilled out afternoon and decided to upgrade.
Problem 1, I couldn't bare to strip the 170 down.
I also love fragging and trying coral rescues so I needed a "playroom" as well as a display so the tank measures 165 x 65 x 45 cm shallow plus sump with a full glass divide at 100 cm that splits the tank in 2 but there is a 7 cm swim through in the divide and both ends have their own overflows and returns.

I will add details as I remember, don't hold your collective breaths!
So basically the new display is 300 litres / 75 G and I just transplanted the 170 in with a bit more rock and tried to get a similar scape!

Just to confuse things more there are 2 fts of the display end!
If you picture a view from the front, my right elbow can touch the front left corner of the tank from my desk chair so the main scape and fts is an end view but had to try and get the front view nice (to my eyes) too.
Desk view from last weekend.

Front, same weekend.

This runs 2 heaters and 2 return pumps in the sump, no socks or floss, no skimmer, no reactors, just a refugium and 4 trays of mineral mud.

More of a coral person than a fish person and I love my creatures!
I will try and add a bit more info soon.

Oh and I love taking pictures! :)

Last fts of the 170. :)

Love the tanks.
