Because of the pair of T5s being out there is about an hour of washed out lighting, I really should stop taking pics under them as it annoys me! ;)

You can get an idea of how many baby heads there are this morning, this is the desk end view. :)

Venustus, I will clean the trap later and start the hunt!

Nice to see more “blues” on your tank ;) ;Hilarious

I hope everyone noticed how I walked away! ;)

I got a new membrane, filters and resin today, I'm up in double figures tds!
The tank is coming around slowly.
I started phyto dosing today, time to inject some happiness again. :)
... I have never seen the snake polyps even this open in the daytime before, I wonder if the phyto triggered them?

I might have forgotten to mention that whilst I was doing the re-scape yesterday something "bit"me!
I was miles away, some poop nearly escaped!
When I feed the first thing to my fingers is the tassel file fish.
Daddy hand = food!
It's not the sharpest knife in the rack as far as fish go! ;)

Nice wrasse pics!

Thanks. :)

I have noticed over the past 2 or 3 days that the water is less yellow.
I will do a small water change in a bit to have a look in the bucket.
I will change the carbon again, back to one bag / half a cup now.
Both oxydators are in the display running 9% peroxide now, that will be helping and the skimmer is plugging away like a champ, still very dry.
I really should get my finger out and run a couple of tests. ;)

An interesting negotiation with the big cave goby has happened.
It comes bouncing around and displays to me like it is agitated.
There was a lot of crud in the water and it dawned on me what it wanted!
It hadn't done it for a couple of weeks so I forgot.
I stood up and looked at their back bit of sandbed, we are settled at around half theirs half mine, there was a large flat piece of rubble that they couldn't move.

In steps daddy and removes the rock, now I have done them a favour, I moved a piece of rock to near the boarder to block flow to the green cabbage and moved the devils hand (very poor condition) into my bit to watch it, they have had a good look and haven't moved anything yet! ;)

edit - before I even posted it moved the red leather and favia about an inch just to show me I was pushing my luck! :p

It surprises me that you're getting yellow water with the oxydators and carbon. Wonder what's going on in there?
