I lost about 2 inches of growth to the left of this a few months ago, stung by a naughty acro!
I can almost hear it grow, one of my favourites! :)

My first ever chalice, it is about 6 x 4 inch piece again now, I had it fragged a few years ago.
From the desk end it is the backdrop to a few acros and the monti above! ;)

It's not all sweetness and light!
These tips slowly died back over a few weeks, it appears to be stable now.
I guess an inch of damage.
The coraline is slowly killing the base flesh so the coral as a whole looks off colour.
It's been in that spot since it went in a few years ago, I think I need to remove it and try again once I've fragged that bit off.

This monti has sulked for about 6 months, it has just started to grow over the past few weeks. :)

One of the lakers frags, the other one sand dived yesterday, luckily it landed butter side up, I'll pop it back later. ;)

Beautiful pictures :)

Thanks. :)

I took this favia to my lfs today so they could run it through their frag saw, another coral being coralined! :(
Kept as 2 large pieces that had a good Iodine dip, 2 partial heads had their coraline removed and are now on the frag rack, fingers crossed! ;)
