Beautiful moments in reefing, I actively make eye contact with my fish, around feed time they will pretty much all come and make eye contact with me and flirt.
The venustus did it for the first time about 10 minutes ago, it did it twice! :)
Unless I can make eye contact they won't start to ignore the camera. :)

I had to move this astrea into the s tank, it is my longest standing snail and was a free hitch hiker.

... the tassled file fish just tried to kill it to eat it!
He has previous, mostly stomatelas.

Nudi was on it in a shot! ;)

No one knows lol I took it as it has a better chance with me and my grubby tanks, I will say that they should not be in the hobby but I have been observing!
4 - 6 months in, so far so good, it should have died and nuked the tank about 5 months ago! ;)

The fish dynamics in the tank have been edgy for 2 or 3 weeks now, the S Scopas is not in the display this morning.
The Y Scopas has a couple of small cuts, a bite on her anal (?) fin and a chunk missing from her dorsal.
The S Scopas did this for a few days about a year ago, I have no idea who is top fish?

I bought this chalice a while back for the shape, it's hard to get a pic as the sinularia is in the way from the desk end. ;)

Ok, what happened yesterday after I got back from the lfs with a bag!
Let's just say I didn't have a very good day!
The bag!

My lfs has been trying to get me a small black naso / lipstick for a good while now, this little girl / guy has been through their 4 week qt, whilst I was watching her (too pretty to be a boy, end of), where was I, oh yes and talking to her she displayed at me, sold! :)

A couple of corals.

The fox face was having non of it!
(This would be the moment my day turned to crapola!)
2 nets in and after a couple of hours I moved the big sinularia as he semi hosts it, it made it very edgy and things calmed down a bit.
By lights out and after 2 feeds still un damaged but very stressed.

No sinularia, it's to the left. there is a wider version of this but is staying personal for the moment.
