The other type snails and lawnmower blenny seem fine but Idk what the new green stuff growing is and its growing as fast as the hair algae... This is disheartening :(

Sometmes the molt looks just like a dead critter. Maybe it is just the molt. Have you checked your nitrate and phosphate levels. If you have a phosphate spike, you can run a phosban reactor to get it down quickly. If your test show a nitrate spike, then do a large water change.

Salinity is 1.022 temp 80.1 everything test good to go

Salinity is a little low. How often/how much are you feeding? I noticed you said you have snails/crabs but how many? John at reef cleaners reccomends about 50 snails for that size tank. Crabs would lower the number some. I have an order coming from him today for my 14 gallon biocube. Maybe you just need to beef it up. If you don't want to go that route dave has some mexican turbo snails which adding 3-4 might help.
