Today marks day 7 since cycle start and tank setup. Ammonia levels are looking pretty good to my untrained test eye, but have been steadily declining day to day. Inversely nitrites and nitrates have been sky rocketing.
At this rate, I believe I'll be purchasing two clowns just as soon as my LFS gets them in (tomorrow or Friday.) All my research (mostly done here, on R2R) indicates I have a sufficient bacteria population and can sustain a minimal bioload addition. I plan to perform a ~30% water change (figure I've got roughly 26gal, so that's 8gal water change) before adding the fish.
