Hey everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. So I officially decided that Ricordea Floridas are my favorite corals. Just thought I would post a couple pics and see what you guys thought. Also wanted some info on online stores that sell some cool color rics. Thanks.

That sounds like a good "official decision" to me.

It looks like you are well on your way to having quite the collection of your favorite coral. Nice.

Coral Morphologic is a great place to start looking for good additions. Note that their offerings are updated VERY frequently. So, keep checking back with them, even if you don't see anything that strikes your fancy the first time you look. Their stock is always very healthy, their shipping practices are excellent, and their customer service is second-to-none. Further, Colin is quite knowledgeable about Ricordea Fl.

Thank you. I just looked on their website and they have some awesome rics. Their prices are pretty good and their shipping is not that bad compared to others. All the ones I have so far are from a LFS and that is all the colors they have available lol.

No issue at all. You are certainly welcome.

You can't even get R. Florida in our LFS. Thus, I have always had to rely on getting them shipped in. Fortunately, I have met some "friends" along the way. Let's just say my cup runneth over, and I couldn't be happier.

Oh. There is one thing I should mention. It is not an issue to me, so I frequently overlook it.

If you buy mushrooms from Coral Morphologic, they typically come "loose." That is, they aren't attached to anything. So, you would need to develop a method for ensuring that your critters become "attached."

Indeed, getting them to attach isn't really a big issue at all. It's very easy to accomplish. As I mentioned, it is such a small issue that I frequently don't even think about it.

If you happen to get some that are loose, just send a note, or post a request for help. Many of us can certainly help you out. I personally will, any time.

In fact, I actually prefer them to come loose. Then I don't have to QT them. I just dip them, and get them in the tank they are ultimately going to live in. No issues with "bad guys."

I Love Coralmorpholgic.com, they have Amazing stuff. You have to join their email list, they will shoot you an email with the latest additions. I can honestly say that they have the best selection and customer service. Very nice, you will love doing business with them. Though I should be telling you otherwise so I can keep from having to compete with you for all the good stuff.
Occasionally they will send stuff that is attached to a tiny bit of screen, I love this since you can then tie or glue this to the rubble and go from there. I keep all my newbies in a pico until theyve attached and then move them to where I want them to be. They have Great Zoas as well.
