I'm quite fond of mine. little worried I'm gonna have murder this week when I'm gone. but I should have the auto feeder set up by then.
Best of fortunes that no graves are filled in your absence!

And that the auto feeder doesn't malfunction.

I put shredded nori in my auto feeder for the tang I have, as well as a concoction of other foods

Should be fine. I'll feed well tonight and tomorrow. Skimmers emptied, new socks, dirty tank ready to grow algae, and a couple people I could probably call if the excitement hits the AC.

Got a mix of pellets, nori wouldn't make it out the feeder, sadly. It's a good blend of food that's been treating the fw angel well for some time now.

Just rip clean it.
I laugh but I literally did that (kinda) and now things seem ok? lol I just moved the sand and rock to a smaller tank with100% new water mixed.

It was more of “I’m tired of dealing with this not enough sand rock and too small a light and need a better flow pump” so just tore my fresh system down and moved the 70 to the 35 til I can get more stuff for the 70. The Dino’s wouldn’t leave.

Not a legit rip clean unless you washed all the sand and rocks while they were out of the tank.

Just rip clean it.
So much work. I'll just take a big spoon and stir up the sand bed to release all of the little phosphate eating bacterias. I read that once.

I periodically shower with my sand in the bathtub. It's like going to the beach. Can't afford a real tropical vacation to many children and to big of a fish tank.
