Seek is the app I use.Yeah unfortunately I went looking around, closest thing I could find was a viburnum, which I don’t think so, so I went to get one of those plant ID apps, thinking it might work, but it costs 29.99! I would just cut it back until you can get an ID, or spring, then you can see the flowers. Also once it starts turning color, then It might make ID easier.
Google says it's probably in the Bittersweet family but not the typical ornamental Bittersweet.

Depends on the state you live in. Some just require a special permit and/or wildlife license. And really good insuranceI want a Bengal but I prefer the white ones with big teeth and a huge roar... I think people go to jail for those Bengals though.
