Didn’t get much sleep due to our daughter calling at 11:30 pm last night saying she was in just another accident with her brand new car she’s had for exactly 1 week and 6 weeks from when her other car was totaled! Thankfully she is ok but UGH!! Going home for work and a deer ran out in front of her. She swerved to miss it and jumped the curb and then back to the middle of the road. No other cars involved but her front tires is all jacked up and flat rear tire. Not drivable and had to call tow truck. Tow truck took it to a repair shop he knows of. (Not living there we had no idea where to take it otherwise. Waiting to hear what the damages are.
Yeah, that’s what we told her too but, being an animal science major and planning on going to vet school she said no, I can’t hit an animal. If it was a person that jumped in front of her she wouldn’t have a problem hitting themThat is what I taught my kids also , hit the gas ,hit the deer, better than swerving hitting another car, pole,tree

Few years ago I went out for a 2am shift and spooked a buck in the yard - it charged me to the xterra, then buggered off without hitting it once I got in and slammed the door.
