12'er is gettin' cut in half losing 10" pass thru tube ...Change my mind ??
you can always hose-clamp something (a wrap) back over the two 1/2s of the tube to make it whole (12') again!

I'm surprised it didn't split along that seam moving it to begin with!

@Projects with Sam thank you again for your idea of sanding down the threads in the bulkheads that weren’t fitting. It worked perfectly. A little 220 grit sandpaper and some elbow grease took care of things.
